I'm so busy kissing this:

that I forget to blog.

I kiss him all day.  Everyday.

And that's not even an exaggeration.  Ask anyone.
But lately he's taken up new hobbies, like eating big people food.
So I have to lay off the smooching for a few minutes while he does his thing.

He's not the only one with new hobbies:

She's started sewing and loves, loves it.  Her Barbies are delighted with all their pillows and blankets.

She turned 5 too!!  (I can't believe I have a five year old.)
Here she is with THE Hello Kitty alarm clock she'd been praying for.

"MOM!!" she said, "It's the ONE I've always wanted, and Grandpa knew!!!" :)

Here's another sweet boy:

Well, usually sweet anyway!

And one more for the road!  (Easter)

Wahoo for summer!!  We're welcoming it wholeheartedly with bikerides, days at the park, sidewalk chalk and water guns.  We're enjoying an art class at the library, a camping trip coming up this week, and swimming lessons are on the calendar for August.  We haven't made it to the lake yet, but looking forward to it!

On the sad side of things, our beloved Flora passed away late this week.  She died peacefully in her sleep, surrounded by loved ones, and will live on in fond memories.  ;)  Bj flushed her for me, the kind man.

So.  I don't know why this is all underlined, but Blogger is insisting that that's the way I want it.  Catch ya later.  Ciao.

He's a Sucker.

A thumb sucker anyway...

Yeah, I'm talking about you...

See?  He wears clothes.  It is February in Minnesota, after all.

But this is better.

Whatchoo looking at, Baby?

Oh.

(Yes, Elijah does wear clothes.  Sometimes.  I find they get in the way of squishing and kissing the pudge though.)

Your Life Hasn't Begun...

until you've squished and squeezed baby chub.

Knuckle dimples!  Piles of soft rolls and wrinkles!

I like to bug the baby.

Isn't he so pudgy and delicious?
